The staff were exceptional, always kind and helpful. They quickly resolved an error during our reservation and payment, ensuring that our money was promptly refunded. The room was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere during our stay. The hotel's location near Orly airport was convenient for our travel plans. Despite the language barrier, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the scent in the hotel was truly delightful.
The air-conditioning was not functioning properly, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The shower was also broken, making it inconvenient to freshen up.
